 My aims in class is to increase and improve flexibility of the hamstrings (back of leg).  During the last courses I ran I am pleased to announce over 25 people during the six week course we increased their hamstring flexibility by 135cm. Yes 135cm!   A flexibility test (optional) was incorporated into week 1 and re-tested in Week 6.

I have had back pain for a number of years and nothing seemed to help ease the pain.  I read about Pilates and fancied trying something similar.  It has helped ease my back, I have more range of movement, improved posture and become more self aware of my body.  I think the course is very good value for money.

I chose the course for relaxation and to help back pain.  Great value for money!  What I got from the course is to be more aware of posture, also helps my back pain and to be more aware of my body when performing exercises.  Yes I definitely would attend another course.

I wanted an overall feel good factor to keep fit & supple in my retirement, so I can lead an active life.  It gave me a sense of well being and helps to use balance, also corrects my posture.  Most of the time I feel confident to use some of the exercises at home as they are not too difficult to practice.

I chose the course to go out and do something I was able and fit enough to do and only work at my own level of fitness. Help to keep me mobile.  I have now better posture, supple pain free joints and in relaxation have better visualisation.

The course is not competitive, I can do it to my own level.  Location is near to where I live.  I like how the exercises are built up every week from a gentle start to quite a strong finish at the end of the course.

I initially fancied something different, the teacher gives excellent instruction and demonstration.  Relieved a lot of back and neck pain are some of the benefits and I fell I have better posture.

Re: Step Classes
I chose Step Aerobics twice a week to keep fit and help with weight loss.  The benefits for me are that I enjoy meeting others, it helps me keep fit and has also taken great, towards my (just about) 5 STONE weight loss.  I would recommend any of her classes to others!!
