| My aims in class is to increase and improve flexibility of the hamstrings (back of leg). During the last courses I ran I am pleased to announce over 25 people during the six week course we increased their hamstring flexibility by 135cm. Yes 135cm! A flexibility test (optional) was incorporated into week 1 and re-tested in Week 6. exercise and ‘relaxation’ I have ever done. Thank you.” I chose Mind Body & Soul as it
was something different – relaxation. I am more aware of posture
and able to relax I read it would be helpful for
balance and suppleness. I enjoy the trainer’s personal encouragement. Some
of the exercises I use at home and they have been most helpful. I chose the Course as I had
attended before and felt real benefits in posture & flexibility. What
I got from the course was body awareness, extra mobility. The
relaxation is fantastic and the course is friendly and fun. I wanted an overall feel good
factor to keep fit & supple in my retirement, so I can lead an active life.
It gave me a sense of well being and helps to use balance, also corrects
my posture. Most of the time I feel confident to use some of the exercises
at home as they are not too difficult to practice.
I went on the course as I have
back problems and wanted to learn a means of relaxation. I now
also have awareness of my posture.
Recommended by a friend - I attend Step
Aerobics twice a week and there is a good mix of regulars and you get a good
laugh and workout. I enjoy the classes when I'm
there and don't get bored with them as they are different - and vary.
It's enjoyable exercise!
