Sam Deans is now celebrating her 1st anniversary for www.samdeansfitness.co.uk Fitness Consultancy Business which was launched January 2005 – being qualified with over 15 years of experience she is full-time and working within schools promoting fitness and encouraging a healthy lifestyle from an early age.  In addition offering a wide variety of evening classes for all age groups (see class schedule).  A variety of workshops, lectures and presentations are now available in the Mind Body Sector which could benefit everyone.
