Class Types
STEP AEROBICS

Step is an aerobic exercise which works the cardiovascular
system (heart & lungs), tones the legs/thighs and burns
calories. ‘Basic Step’ is for those who want to
work hard without any fancy footwork. ‘Advanced Step’
is for those who are familiar with the basic foot
patterns and moves but want a little more dance!!
‘Learn to Step’ - Excellent for beginners: four week
courses are available—ask for more details.
BOOKINGS REQUIRED

TONE 2 THE BONE
‘Tone 2 the Bone’ is a conditioning class which
works those problem areas such as legs, bums & tums.
Specific toning exercises to work individual muscle
groups, to re-sculpt , tone and tighten.

MIND BODY & SOUL COURSES
‘Mind Body & Soul’
Courses are block bookings only. Pilates based exercises
which help to improve posture, work core muscles
(abdominals/stomach), alleviate back pain, tone the body &
calm the mind. ‘All Levels’ multi level class
ideal even for the beginner. ‘Advanced’ course—for
intermediate to advanced participants. ‘Hands-on’ method
of teaching/correction.
URBAN FUNK/HIP HOP
DANCE CLASS

A street dance class
that will get your body movin’ and your feet grovin’.
Learn to dance like Beyonce, Britney or Madonna to name a
few! Excellent RnB chart topping music. Dance class which
is fitness related therefore aerobic workout with be
achieved.

An hour of fitness. Different every
week – Hi/Lo Aerobics, Resistance Conditioning Work,
Hip Hop Dance, Circuit Training, Aerosalsa Fitness
Pilates including a conditioning section to tone and
re-sculpt the body working specific muscles. Helps
strengthen legs & butt, tone upper body & work the
abdominals to obtain a flatter stomach and fitter
body.
