classes for over 15
years. She works locally within
the community in
the Scottish Borders teaching
various classes – Aerobics, Step, Toning/Conditioning,
Street Dance/Hip Hop, Mind Body, Pilates/Core
Stabilisation. A highly motivated successful experienced
business woman in the field of Fitness, she is a full-time
fitness consultant/personal trainer,
fitness presenter
specializing in
educating and promoting health and well-being. Training
initially in Moray House in Edinburgh in RSA Exercise to
Music, establishing evening classes & tutoring for the
Aerobic Organisation of Great Britain. AFAA Certified. A
valuable team member and presenter for Jammin fitness
who work within schools educating and promoting
health and fitness – inspiring, motivating and connecting
with the children through dance and fitness.Over
the last two years her staff relaxation and wellbeing
sessions have been tremendously well received throughout
Scotland and Northern England. Presentations for school
teachers, staff and educators focus on creating balance
and maximising energy levels. The sense of fun and
playfulness that is incorporated within her workshops make
